ConnectSys Automation designs, engineers, and builds custom control panels, motor control centres, PLC panels, and explosion-proof switchgear for Oil & Gas, Marine, Petrochemical, and Industrial projects delivering fully certified, tested, and documented panel systems to project sites across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, and the wider GCC.
Every panel we build starts with engineering. Our in-house team produces the complete design documentation package single line diagrams, schematic drawings, panel general arrangement drawings, cable schedules, and I/O schedules before a single component is mounted. This design-first approach ensures every panel is built precisely to the project specification, complies with all applicable standards including IEC 61439, IEC 60204, and IEC 60079 for hazardous area panels, and arrives on site ready for connection without costly rework.
Motor Control Centres (MCC)
Full MCC panels with MCCB incomer, bus bars, motor feeders and PLC integration. Available in standard IP55 and Ex d/Ex p for Zone 1 areas.

Ex p Purged & Pressurised Control Panels
Standard equipment inside BARTEC purge units cost-effective way to use non-Ex components in Zone 1 via continuous N₂ purging.
Remote Instrument Enclosures (RIE)
Field instrument junction cabinets housing Zener barriers, marshalling terminals and field supply units. Deployed near process equipment.
Safety Instrumented System (SIS) Panels

Applications & Solutions
In oil and gas production facilities, our Motor Control Centres manage the full motor load of a producing asset wellhead pump drives, water injection pump starters, gas compressor auxiliaries, and utility fans with each motor feeder protected, monitored, and interlocked through a fully engineered, type-tested switchboard assembly. PLC control panels built by ConnectSys manage the process logic of individual equipment packages separator level control, chemical injection dosing, produced water treatment sequences, and pipeline pig detection and tracking systems.
For offshore platforms, FPSO vessels, and marine applications where Zone 1 and Zone 2 classified areas extend across significant portions of the topside structure, our explosion-proof panel build capability becomes essential. We design and build ATEX and IECEx certified flameproof control panels and Ex p purged and pressurised switchgear assemblies for Zone 1 installations one of the very few capabilities of its kind available from a UAE-based contractor. This allows clients to place the complete electrical and instrumentation panel scope from safe area MCCs to Zone 1 explosion-proof switchgear under a single contract with a single point of technical accountability.
In water and wastewater treatment plants, our PLC panels automate the full process cycle raw water intake screens, chemical dosing sequences, filtration backwash cycles, UV disinfection systems, and treated water distribution pumping with SCADA integration providing remote monitoring and alarm management for unattended operation. In substation and power infrastructure projects, our distribution panels and protection relay panels are built and tested to IEC 61439 and IEC 60255 standards with full type test evidence and witnessed FAT documentation.
All panels are subject to a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test programme before despatch including witnessed I/O loop checks, insulation resistance testing, functional testing of all control circuits, and a full review of as-built documentation. Site Acceptance Testing and commissioning support are available as an extension of the panel supply scope, making ConnectSys a true turnkey partner from design concept through to plant startup.
